1. Name of PMS package:
Answer: PNB Rakshak.
2. Stock Audit is done in:
Answer: Fund Based working capital limits of Rs.5 crore and above (Rs. 1 cr with rating B and below)
3. Monitoring of Weak/Irregular Accounts by Head Office:
Answer: Above Rs.10 lac on monthly basis.
4. Corporate Debt Restructuring is applicable on:
Answer: Accounts with exposure of more than Rs. 10 crore from more than one banks
5. Validity period of Credit Risk Rating:
Answer: 12 months from the month of confirmation of rating or 18 months from the date of balance sheet, which ever is earlier.
6. Updating of Customer Identification Data for Low Risk Customers:
Answer: once in 5 years
7. Updating of Customer Identification Data for Medium & High Risk Customers:
Answer: once in 2 years
8. Mobile Banking limit for fund transfer:
Answer: Rs 50,000/- per customer for both funds transfer and purchase of goods/services
9. May I Help You Counter:
Answer: Staff strength of 10 or more.
10. PAN No. Quoting:
Answer: For FD above Rs.50000 and for cash deposit Rs. 50000 or more
11. Maximum compensation of fraud due to hacking / phishing through net banking:
Answer: Rs. 5000/- only.
12. CIB guidelines about lockers:
Answer: Engraving of Banks’ Name & Branch Code on Locker Keys
13. Star series notes:
Answer: In Denomination of Rs. 10, 20, 50
14. Changes regarding Mortgage of IP:
Answer: It can be done at places located in Cantonment Area also at specified places.
15. Post Audit of Term Loans:
Answer: – Rs. 1.00 crore and above within one month of disbursement.
16. Reporting of Frauds in Public Sector Banks in cases of Rs. 1.00 crore and above upto Rs. 5.00 crore with staff involvement:
Answer: CBI (Anti Corruption Branch)
17. Reporting of Frauds in Public Sector Banks in all cases of Rs. 5.00 crore and above:
Answer: Banking Security and Fraud Cell which is specialised cell of the Economic Offences Wing of the CBI.
18. QAB In Saving Bank Accounts of Senior Citizens:
Answer: Nil
19. Instant Credit for small USD Cheques:
Answer: up to USD 500.
20. Premium CA customers:
Answer: Quarterly average balance of Rs 1 Lac and above in the previous quarter.
